The Cliffe x View Hotel Folkestone Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: View Hotel Folkestone Limited.

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The Cliffe/View Hotel Folkestone and their immediate families. Entrants must have a public Instagram profile to be verified as a valid entrant.

3. How to enter: Entrants must (i) like the designated post, (ii) follow both @the_cliffe_folkestone and @view_hotel_folkestone on Instagram, and (iii) tag one friend in the comments, all before the closing time below. An optional additional entry is available by resharing the post to an Instagram Story and tagging @the_cliffe_folkestone and @view_hotel_folkestone.

4. No purchase necessary. Entry is free; no payment is required at any stage.

5. Entry period: Opens 5:30pm (BST) on Thursday 20th August 2025 and closes 11:59pm (BST) Sunday 30th August . Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

6. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing time. The draw will take place within 3 days of closing.

7. Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 2 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of first contact; if no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

8. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may share their Instagram username and the fact that they have won on the Promoter's Instagram Story.

9. The prize: A 2-night stay for up to 4 guests in the apartment at View Hotel Folkestone. The prize covers accommodation only — food and drink, including breakfast, are not included and can be booked separately with the reception team on arrival. The room is dog-friendly, but this is available at an additional per-night charge which is not included in the prize. The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable, at the Promoter's discretion.
