Breakfast:
If you would like to add Breakfast, please use the "add-on" section of the booking process through our website or mention this to our friendly Reception team if you are booking over the phone.
Please note, children under the age of 12 eat breakfast for free.
DBB (Dinner, bed & breakfast) Bookings:
DBB bookings include a two-course meal per adult. This meal consists of either a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert.
Please note that TAPAS is excluded from this offering.
If you would like to add a steak to your meal, a supplement charge of £8 will be added to your booking.
The Cliffe Lounge Bar & Kitchen
Our Onsite Lounge Bar & Kitchen, The Cliffe, is open daily from 10:30am. You're more than welcome to add dinner with us at the time of booking or when you arrive, please ask our reception team for more information.

We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide credit card pre-authorisation or Identification on arrival.
Children/Extra Beds:
All children are welcome.
Unfortunately, there is no capacity for extra beds in our Classic Rooms, however, we can provide a travel cot.
Pets:
We are a pet friendly hotel with limited rooms available. Please contact us ahead of time to check if one of our pet friendly rooms is available for your desired stay. Please be aware that there is a £25 charge per pet. Please note that pets are not allowed in the bar or restaurant areas.
Parking:
The parking in our area is within a Controlled Parking Zone H, which will be active between 8am and 8pm Monday- Sunday (including bank holidays). This will require anyone parking on the roads to have either a Residents Permit or a Hotel Parking Voucher.
Vouchers will be available from Reception at a cost of £5 per day. Vouchers can not be purchased in advance of your arrival so please find a bay and then register with Reception. Please contact our friendly reception team on 01303 252 102 for further information.

Please note we operate a zero tolerance policy for smoking within the building. We are strictly a no smoking hotel and any evidence found of smoking within our hotel bedrooms or public areas will result in a £200.00 fine. This is to ensure all of our guests enjoy a smoke-free environment during their stay with us. Designated smoking areas are provided.
